Does anyone in the group have experience with skijoring? This is a
sport in which the handler is pulled by a dog while on cross
country skis. I'd like to try it and would appreciate any advice
folks may have on buying equipment and getting started. I have a
sled dog harness and bungee set up already but need to get the
xcountry ski setup. I am new to skiing and the variety of skis are
a bit confusing. I am thinking that I will need wider back country
skis which will be slower, but better suited to going off trail if
needed. Does anyone have any recomendations?

I just bought a ski package off ebay and plan to try it next
snowstorm within a few weeks. It could be a lot of fun...or it
could turn into a disaster...wish me luck and cross your fingers.
