  I'm a HUGE fan of the "Ruff Wear" packs...and anything they make, to be honest...I've tried out many of the dog packs, and this is the best fitting one for Miles- also very well made, and comfortable- fits him in the correct places. EMS carries this pack, and most outdoor stores will. The pouches are plenty big for water, food, bowl...etc
